for this taco party we usully have something like
- Margaritas to refresh the night!
- Flank steak
- Chiken fajitas
- Shrimp in spicy creamy sauce
- Rajas con queso, this is poblano pepers with corn, cream. (for veggy option)
- Rice
- Refried beans
- Cheese quesadillas
guacamole, salsa, more salsa sides, chiles onions, cornchips, tortillas,etc.
you can get something like this for $65usd per person. minimum service cost 6 person.

SURF & TURF GRILL PARTY!
Most of the time we have some
- Rib eye steak 1 per person
- shrimp kebabs with chipotle marinade
- Pacific Lobster Tail with a tequila marinade 1 per person
- Creamy Mash potato with roasted garlic
- Veggy mix on the grill like portobello, corn, onions, bell peppers, suquini
- Bannanas flambe with vanilla ice cream
this will go for $120 per person, minimum 6 person service average cost. this can be for less or more people but pricing will change, obiusly!

- Shrimp or Pacific Lobster Tail
- Creamy Mash potato with roasted garlic or roasted potatoes

FISH AND SHRIMP BAJA STYLE TACOS
This tacos are delicious with corn or flour tortilla, crispy beer batter!
we serve this like a buffet, we let you know how to personalized your taco with all the tradicional sides and salsas, trust me this is and will be the greatest tacos you have to have if you visit Baja!
not expensive and great for big groups, this is great for lunch or dinner with a cold beer!
you can get this for $45 per person, minimum 6 person
